APG Workforce are seeking a full-time Electrical Supervisor for a well-established poultry manufacturing and food processing operation based in regional Griffith, NSW!

About the Role
You will oversee day-to-day electrical maintenance, coordinating planned and reactive work to minimise downtime and optimise plant performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical maintenance across site
• Lead and support electricians and contractors
• Ensure compliance with WHS and site standards
• Plan preventative and breakdown maintenance
• Troubleshoot faults across plant and automation systems
• Maintain maintenance records and reporting

About You

• Electrical Trade Qualification with current NSW Licence
• Previous supervisory or leading hand experience
• Strong knowledge of industrial systems, PLCs, and automation
• Manufacturing or food processing experience (preferred)
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
