  • Minimum of 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience required

  • Current Australian driver's licence

  • Valid Australian car licence (C class) required

  • Strong communication and customer relationship skills

  • Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Practical and solutions-focused approach to problem solving

  • Experience within agriculture, agribusiness, logistics, rural services, or a related industry will be highly regarded

  • Confidence working across both administrative and operational aspects of a business

  • Australian permanent residency required for this position

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary package

  • Fully maintained company vehicle

  • Mobile phone, laptop, and company expense card

  • The opportunity to lead an established branch with a loyal customer base

  • A varied role that combines leadership, customer engagement, operations, and business development
