Start Your Career in Fire – Junior Admin Role

Wagga Wagga | Full-Time | Entry-Level

We’re growing at Wagga Fire and Security and looking to bring on a Junior Administrator to join the team.

This is a great opportunity for someone starting out who wants to build a long term career in a stable industry. You don’t need heaps of experience, we’re more interested in attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be helping keep the office running day to day, including:

• Answering phones and dealing with clients
• Processing jobs, updating systems and invoicing
• Booking jobs and helping with scheduling
• General admin tasks like filing, scanning and organising paperwork
• Supporting the team where needed

What we’re looking for

We’ll teach you the technical side, what we need is someone who:

• Has a good attitude and is willing to have a go
• Communicates well and presents professionally
• Is organised or at least trying to be
• Is comfortable using a computer
• Turns up on time and takes pride in their work
• Is looking for a long term role, not just a stop gap

What you’ll get

• Full time, stable position
• On the job training
• A solid team environment
• Opportunity to grow with the business
• A role where you actually contribute and are valued

How to apply

Send through:

– Who you are and why you’re interested
– Why you’d be a good fit for the role
– An example of when you’ve shown responsibility or initiative
– And your best dad joke
